The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-PCAARRD) was conferred with two awards by the Freedom of Information - Program Management Office (FOI-PMO) during the 2023 Freedom of Information Summit on November 21, 2023 at Hilton Manila, Pasay City. The awards are in recognition of the Council’s effective and efficient means of addressing and providing information requested by the public.
