Photo shows the participants of the training on research proposal formulation and packaging conducted by the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-PCAARRD). It aimed to equip the Cotabato Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium (CAARRDEC) with tools in research proposal formulation and packaging. The participants developed consortium-led proposals as outputs of the writeshop, which followed the lecture held during the training. Dr. Marcelino U.
