Benguet Agri-Techno Fair formally opens during the 117th ADIVAY Festival. Dr. Melvin B. Carlos, Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Deputy Executive Director for Administration, Resource Management and Support Services (ODED-ARMSS) of the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-PCAARRD) (right) joins the ribbon cutting ceremony of the Agri-Techno Fair.
The fair was held during the 117th ADIVAY Celebration and Founding Anniversary of Benguet, which had the theme, “Benguet Culture, Our Future: Sustaining Cultural Identity Amidst Global Changes” held on November 15, 2017 at the Benguet Cold Storage Complex, La Trinidad, Benguet. With Dr. Carlos are (from left to right) Benguet Governor Crescensio C. Pacalso; Department of Tourism-Benguet Director Marie Venus Q. Tan, and Benguet Vice Governor Florence B. Tingbaoen.
