PCAARRD will once again participate in this year’s International Food Expo (IFEX) on May 16─19 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
IFEX is a biennial event that has become a platform for food and beverage Filipino entrepreneurs and businessmen to sell their products.
In line with the expo’s theme of “Asia’s Ethnic Food Ingredients”, PCAARRD will showcase products under its TechnoMart (TM) Program.
These products, branded by the Council as the “Flavors of Science”, are the Baybay Delights: Vacuum Fried and Dehydrated Jackfruit.
PCAARRD’s TM Program creates an avenue for the communities to build up their products in the market.
The program includes initiatives such as promotional events, press conferences, and partnerships at the national and regional levels to further develop the products being produced by PCAARRD’s regional partners.
