The Department of Science and Technology–Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD) is now accepting proposals for the 2026 Startup Grant Fund (SGF) Program.
The SGF Program offers financial and technical support to eligible startup and spinoff companies commercializing technologies in the agriculture, aquatic, and natural resources (AANR) sector. It prioritizes ventures with strong potential for market adoption and measurable contributions to national development. The initiative aims to accelerate the growth of innovation-driven enterprises while strengthening the country’s agri-aqua innovation ecosystem.
DOST-PCAARRD encourages startup and spinoff companies to take advantage of this opportunity to access funding and scale up their technologies toward market readiness and impact. Submission of proposals is from February 16 to April 15, 2026.
